In the first session, we’ll set you up. We’ll dive into your story, your questions and look at the parts of your synaesthesia you’re most curious about and make a plan.
You’ll then have some time between the sessions to work through the workbook.
In the second session, we’ll come back together and debrief. What did you discover? Did anything surprise you? Have you observed new patterns or connections? We’ll discuss your notes and you want to take your exploration from here.
