Postpartum, the weeks and months after you’ve given birth, can be a beautiful yet intense time. For some, this means meeting a new version of yourself, growing into a new role, and becoming a family.
For others, after surrogacy or loss, it can be a time of recovery and emotional processing.
I’m here to support you through this time of change. If you’re neurodivergent, you might find that your usual coping strategies don’t work as well, or that new sensory triggers challenge you in unexpected ways. You might need a space to offload, reflect on identity and boundaries, or work out better systems around the house.
This space is for you.

For families in and around Oxford, I also offer in-person postpartum support. This can look very different from family to family — and even from one day to the next.
I will help with practical things around the house, like laundry, unpacking bags, stocking up nappy stations, cooking meals, walking the dog, or taking care of the baby or older children. I will help with research and arranging appointments, run errands, or simply sit down with you for a chat.
There might be days when you need someone to take the baby while you shower or sleep, and others when you need help getting the house back under control. We can talk through the things that feel difficult, including your sensory needs, overwhelm, identity, boundaries, or whatever else is on your mind.
I’ll be there to help you feel more comfortable, regulated, and reassured, so you can focus on your baby, yourself, and your recovery.
